You Grew Lots

It’s easy, and erroneous, to listen to thoughts that say you’re not good enough or didn’t accomplish much in 2024.

You accomplished lots.

You grew lots.

You learned things you never even knew you didn’t know.

No matter how much you didn’t learn or didn’t get to, what you did get to, what you did learn, is uplifting when reflected upon.

Plus there’s time to get to these other things. And you will.

If you’re not sure how to reflect, take posture cues from the bluebird: sit out in nature, high up if possible, and look out on the water.
