Feast for Your Eyes

Driving through NY yesterday, I found a surprise gem.

A sunflower farm.

Turning the corner and not expecting anything more than grass, trees, and a few houses, my eyes lit up to see the backs of thousands of sunflowers.

I was on a time schedule, so couldn't stay too long, but was able to get over to the front-facing side to get this picture for you.

After an internet search to find out more about this farm, I now see that visiting sunflower farms is a thing!! There's additional farms in NY.

And some in Jersey.

It's quite a treat for your eyes, and a natural uplift for your mood to see this many sunflowers at once.

Take a trip for some yellow-joy next August/September.
