Imagine blowing all your worries into the wind…
You might think:
‘That’s silly, and it won’t work’.
The thing is it works more than worrying works.
Once a day for seven days find something to blow into the wind.
Dandelion seeds, little pieces of grass, or a bit of dried soil.
Imagine your worries, your pain, your upset leaving with the seeds, grass, or soil as the wind takes it.
